Introducing Bryant Park West, an eco-friendly apartment complex for UNH students interested in green living.

Perry Bryant, owner of Bryant Property, has set out to create an eco-friendly alternative, sustainable residential community for students attending the University of New Hampshire. With a guiding principle that states, “Students should not only be learning about what a sustainable world could look like, they should be living it and be the agent of change for the future,” Perry Bryant has dedicated himself to providing that opportunity for those students and the greater Durham, NH community.

This residential community will incorporate the latest in sustainable building design and alternative building practices.
